Bites? or Blisters?

Post by tinymwoods »

I know a guy who is having some troubles. He said it looks like small blisters on the inside of their ears and between thier eyes. When he went to "pop" these they bleed and take skin and hair off. I thought maybe they were bites but when he said it takes skin off and bleeds I was lost. He said he thought it was from getting thier ears torn up in the brush and then getting in the morning dew. We hunt some of the same areas but I run in the evening, so could he be right? Any ideas or what we could do to help is appreciated!

Sounds Like Dew poisoning to me But caint say for sure without Seeing it first hand...We use a tripleantibiotic on our when they get this but have also used nu stock with great success...
we also rub thier ears down real good before a morning Run with the antibiotic cream seems to help prevent it.....
From Field to Show and Show to Field the way it should be
