NO-MO is for tapeworms. I believe what you described sounds like whipworms to me but I am no expert. I would ask someone more qualified than me but yes I would worry, may want to see a vet.
Expecting a carjacker or rapist or drug pusher to care that his possession or use of a gun is unlawful is like expecting a terrorist to care that his car bomb is taking up two parking spaces
Same thing happened to a dog I had in my kennels w/ D-worm recently. I wouldn't worry about it unless it continues to happen.

Adams No-Mo is a tapeworm expeller, not a tapeworm killer.
It expells them by blowing everything out of the dogs bowels.
It doesn't kill larvae in the blood stream, just adult tapes in the bowels.
It is hard on the dog physically and is not a wormer because it doesn't kill the worms in the dog.
I don't use them, I use a monthly wormer.

Drontal Kills tape whip round and hook It is 11.00 a pill I used to us dronson it only kills tape worm and my vet charged 4.00 a pill but it took two pills. I am sure their are less expensive ways.

For tapeworm, one of the easiest and most convenient ways to treat is to give Equimax horse wormer - 0.4 to 0.5 CC for beagles in the 20 to 25 lb range. This medication does have IVOMEC so DO NOT GIVE to beagles that are NOT on routine hearworm prevention. I give Ivomec for heartworm prevention so I just skip the dose for that month if I give Equimax for tapeworm. Equimax is available at most farm supply stores including Tractor Supply. Generic Dontal and Droncit are also good choices but mail order requires shipping charges and delay in getting it.

May leave a little something to be desired as far as getting rid of the rabbit host tapeworm, fine if you aren't bothered by that. See Chuck Terry's post about dealing with tapes. Those things won't kill a dog usually but they can make it look like walking death. If I have one that just won't put on weight and bloom I use the equimax.mo. beagler wrote:I use safeguard every other month and ivomec every month...I believe it covers everything

worm med
do you use ivomec in paste?[horse or goat wormer]?all you use is 1/2 cc? how do you measure it if in a tube? Just getting ready to get some. Thanks Ken
Re: worm med
Ivomec comes in a small container and it's liquid. The correct dosage is 1/10 cc per 10 lb. dog. If you have a 20 lb. beagle, it will get 0.2cc once a month. This is one wormer you will want to be very careful w/.khensler01 wrote:do you use ivomec in paste?[horse or goat wormer]?all you use is 1/2 cc? how do you measure it if in a tube? Ask if you have more questions.. 1/2 cc of the liquid is good for a 50lb dog.. it comes in a brown box with a bulls head on the front. any feed store has it $35 for 50 cc.
