Pets MegaStore

I ordered some wormer from them on the 23rd of Jan. I just called and they said it won't be here until the 8th of February.

I was told there service was quick. That doesn't seem quick to me.

Anyone else have this kind of problem.

I ordered the 15th of January and they just told me I should get it before the 30th, they say 6-10 working days to get here ~ I'm North in Canada. I'll order Canadavet next time.

Maybe I am a little biast on this, but I hate to see these big pet stores. They promise the moon and sell Chinese. Big stores have put small buisnesses out. The small buisness is the one that will take the time to care about you, your pet, your plumbing project, or whatever it may be. I personally would rather spen a little extra $$ to get the treatment I deserve than buy from a big chain store or online from some stranger. Small buisness owners struggle every day to compete with online companies and box stores. Almost every month there is a small hardware, feed, jewelry, or other type of store closing down and people loosing jobs. I love to go into a store and ask a knowledgable person a question, get a true answer, and buy from a friend or neighbor.
Didn't mean to rant but help each other out as we all try to make a living. Take the time to care about the small buisness and the people who work there and run them before they are all gone.

I get my frontline there and yes, it does take a while. I'll keep buying there b/c the price on frontline is the cheapest anywhere. Don't for get they're in Australia though...

I'm the same, I come from a small province on the East Coast and it's expensive to even think about buying it at the vet office, that's all the choice I would have and I would have to pay their price. I did buy a bottle of strongid worm med from them last week, tiny bottle cost me $20.
I buy as much as I can that is reasonable from small business locally as I own 2 small ones myself. Even dog food here is not cheap, it cost me $55 for a 40LB bag of proplan, it's crazy. Euk is something like $70 or so. So if I can get something a bit cheaper online, great, I have 3 hounds.
