What kind of dogs compete well in PKC? I was a member and treasurer of mcdowell coonclub, and we had lots of pkc hunts. Last nite just wrapped up there week long Foothills Jamboree. Anyone in NC that would participate at a club, marion, nc?

pretty quick dogs that can hold a line a ruff lp dog wont do well in my opinion.

A real honest mouth.......no barking until the rabbit is up! A minus will kill you in most cast.
A consistent front running dog that can hold the line......a dog that slots 2nd and 3rd will also do good if he is clean enough not to pull a minus.
