Club getting started

guy's & gal's i am interested in getting a club possilbly Akc started here in Tenn there are none centrally located here in middle Tenn and i believe it would be a great location. we have several beaglers in the surronding areas, and this could draw trialers from north to south. i have several friends who have land to lease for this or would it be better for the club to buy the land?These are some questions i need answered, what kind of memebership fees, how to get started,cost, paper work, acreage reqiured,how many members per club, ect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and fundings that are avaliable please let me know. Thanks
