Everyone attending the Advanced Judging Seminar at Prairie Creek Beagle Club on June 4, 2011 needs to contact "me" by or before May 15, 2011 so I can give AKC a complete head count. You must have attended and passed the basic seminar to get credit for the advanced seminar. At this time we currently have 3 registered, but we need 17 more so the club will break even. This is on their request which I pasted bellow so everyone can see details.

Dear Mr. Heasley:

Your request for your Club to hold an Advanced spa Beagle Field Trial Judge Seminar has been
approved for Saturday, June 4, 2011.

The fee for the seminar is $10.00 per attendee, with a minimum of$200. You will need to contact this office
no later than 14 days prior to the date of the seminar with a final count. The club will need to provide an
extension cord, power strip, projection screen (a white sheet on a blank wall will be sufficient),
and blank flip charts and markers

Still waiting on contact information on two individuals that called to register for this seminar, but they didn't email me there contact information. If your name isn't listed above you are not registered and won't be credited for taking the course.

On Thursday of last week, I called down to South Carolina and spoke to the presenter of the seminar "Robert Oliver". He said that most beagle clubs don't have many people preregister for these seminars and that past AKC Beagle Field Trial Judges can still "walk-in the door" at the last minute and take the course. There will be enrollment forms at the seminar, but most likely late en-roles won't get booklets to study and take home.

So bellow is what you will need on the day of the seminar if your not preregistered:
-AKC JUDGING LICENSE NUMBER-If your an "active judge" with AKC, this can be found on there website.
-DRIVERS LICENSE OR OFFICIAL PHOTO ID
-$10 CASH

*The seminar will start "NO SOONER THAN" 5PM on Saturday June 4, 2011. It will start following completion of the females running that day.

May 15th is coming, Just 12 days till I turn the registration list into AKC.

9 days till we turn in the preregistered applicant to AKC. Again, you can registered at the seminar, but AKC you won't have any literature available for those that register late.

Everything has been turned into AKC; they did inform me that “Jim Odle” is now going to be putting on the seminar. AKC also told me they would send 20 additional seminar packets for the ones that didn’t preregister.

Still have plenty of open slots, so feel free to come on over and you can register at the seminar.
