I would say performance pack. this format scores an unlimited number of marked "lines".So,a hound would seem to score heavily if he has good line control.
There are others on here who are better qualified to answer, though.

Performance pack is what you are looking for....Foxxy is correct with what he said, but the format is getting better and cleaner as judges learn what to score and NOT score. Try it and see if you like it!

THATS YOUR OPINION....THE FORMAT WAS IN MUCH BETTER SHAPE WHEN TODD MORGAN WAS IN CHARGE. PP IS GETTING AS CORRUPT AS HB. HECK THE GUY IN CHARGE NOW EVEN ASKED AND ALLOWED A GUY TO JUDGE THE 2010 PP WORLD HUNT THAT HAD NEVER TAKEN THE JUDGES TEST, NEVER COMPLETED THE REQUIRED APPRECTICE CASTS AND DID NOT HAVE A JUDGES LISCENSE. THIS GUY EVEN TOLD HIM THAT HE DIDNT AND WAS TOLD NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT!

who was the guy who judged ? The format is only going to be as good as the people participating.....

Performance pack may favor a medium speed dog, but it's purpose is not to weed out of fast dogs, it scores the dogs based on merits contributing to the pack. It does not reward a dog for indivdual merits. The scoring system is designed to award the dog that contributes most, and weed out the ones disrupting the pack. The rules are similar to a.r.h.a progressive pack. It's a good format, and you will find a good clean rabbit being sucessful in that format. (theoreticaly)
