I heard they changed the rule at hunts that if you enter a dog it has to be in your name. What if you brought it to a hunt for someone. Enter it in the hunt under there name can I just put my name as the handler?

I believe you are correct. List the owner's name in the correct place on the entry form and your name as the handler. Also starting next year you will have to show proof of ownership and also proof that the
dog is a champ or grand. If you are going to handle a dog for someone you will need to have this paperwork with you at registration time. The ARHA clubs are going to have to be strict on this because if
they don't and someone cheats/lies and the ARHA finds out the club will be fined and if it happens several times the club can be banned and shut down.
Hope this helps.
