Can you register just any beagles under 15" under PKC or does the Sire and Dam have to be PKC registered also.

Any beagle 15 inches or less, that meets the beagle standard can be registered with PKC. There isn't anyway that the parents could have been registered up until a year or so ago, so therefore there would be no need for the parents to have been PKC reg.

Where is PKC's Breed Standard printed? I can't find it anywhere.
