how would you score it?

you are judging a cast by a dam on a river,a barge is going through the locks,bells ringing,horns blasting.a train is going down the tracks about 400 yds away,wind blowing and a large group of harleys going over the bridge.my point is it is LOUD.the handlers see a rabbit come out of the brush with a dog right on its rear end.you (the judge) see the same thing ,no other dogs in the erea,the dog runs the rabbit into some rocks and the chase ends.you (the judge) do not hear the dog give mouth,three out of five handlers say they heard a faint bark or two and say they could see the dogs mouth moving in a barking type motion.how would you score it?

2. Strike points must be awarded if the rabbit is jumped by a hound. Example: Hound A jumps a rabbit from his setup. Even though Hound A did not bark on the track before he jumped the rabbit, he is still awarded the strike points. In this situation the hound shall receive 10 strike points and 30 jump points even though he did not open until after the rabbit was jumped.

mr popsickle is the reason i was rooting for ohio. if ohio got beat i knew we would have thousands of those "how would you score this", and "cheating" threads. would have taken years to read all of them.
