Re: Did you see any outstanding judging at the world
Of all the casts I was on I think the judges put out maximum effort and did a real good job, I was very pleased. I was a spectator on one cast where one of the judges was either drunk on tore down on drugs, wont say who but some of you know who it was and I think it was a shame. Some to many of the handlers and owners on the other hand showed very poor sporstmanship and a win at any cost attitude. Most felt they got cheated which in my opinion was just not the case. To me this just takes all the fun out of it. Again the judging I witnessed was very good and a special thanks to all who judged!

Hey Mike Smith of WV,
I enjoyed that cast we judged. For never judging together, we did real well. I always like to judge a round or two with someone I don't know. I would judge with you anytime. I am on a diet to lose 20 pounds. That coal mine running will break a feller.

The young boy from Michigan is Keith McGrady. I didn't make it to the hunt this year but I know he is a fine judge ! I helped him through his apprentice judging . He got pushed around a few times up here a few times by some whiners but like I told him, just keep your head up . Ime glad he did and I will pass the compliments on to him.

If this is a young guy, with dark hair, and big rubber boots, he did a great job in the cast I watched. My brother ran a dog in the cast, and I heard Chad Blair's dog get checks towards the end to win. I picked the winner, even though I was just a spectator. This young judge got back the dog that won. Often, young judges get complimented for being able to keep up, or for judging a lot of times. This guy kept up, and got back the right dog. Kudos to him for a job well done.Spruce Ridge Beagler wrote:The young boy from Michigan is Keith McGrady.
