Kevin,
Yes Digger came from Sam Wells, I brought him home after the Spring Nationals in KY on a 2 week trial and obviously he never went back to KY for a reason. Nice track dog and clean, my kind of dog! I plan on finishing him in Progressive Pack too, he has his first and 65 points so I think it is possible to do and I want to take him to some UKC PP hunts, plus keeping him in the big hunts for Little Pack. All in all I had a good time at the world, just seems like luck never stays with me more then one round down there. Oh well got put out by Logan Elm Willie and he went on to win so I guess if you are going to lose, it might as well be to the winner. The Big Time bloodline continues to show that they are winners and reproducers of winners!

I was lucky enough to judge the grand finals and see some nice dogs for the first time. That Libby female looked unreal. I had 2 dogs make it through the first round. My Hammer dog got beat out in the 2nd round of the opens and my Bar None dog got beat out in the semi's and ended up 5th in the champs for the 2nd year in a row. There were some people from Missouri that made it out for the first time and they all seemed to have a blast.

I wasn't there, but why did they send one judge out in the semi finals of one particular cast of the opens.
My dog was in that cast. Here is the point. There is one entire day left that they have alotted for this one time per year event. To me, that is an error on the part of the World Hunt Committee. I say that with the utmost repect for the people running the show. I would not want their jobs.
By no means am I saying that the dog that won should not have. With that being said, how important is it to get every call correct. VERY important!
I have been to a few World Hunts. That is the biggest mistake I see. There should always be at least two judges especially in the latter rounds.
Congrats to all the winners.

Even though i would take that boy anytime , he got gutted after about 25 mins of heads up running i fill as he got all he seen . Jeff and kevin should have scored it they stayed up with him , another story , your brother and i hung back and talked most of the cast ,sorry to hear about your family being sick . I really liked your bach dog he can drive a rabbit as luck had it my dog could not get it done , but THERE WAS SOME MAJOR DOGS IN THE CAST what a pack , i will return on 4 legs next year
