Ok, Redtick now you've went and popped off a couple more times so I've put the lead to you and got you struck in 3rd on this track. This cast is basically a 4 dog cast with Swinger, JMurphy, Houndsound and OleTick but Tick I'm having trouble finding out who's handling your dog in this hunt. I keep hearing handles such as Hootie, Hootnanny, hootgirl, Moron, Hootdoggy, Idiot and the professional beagler called out there so I'm getting a little confused but I've got this score card straight. Tick, I don't care if Hootie and the Blowfish are handling your dog in this cast I've got YOU down for 1st strike and a slick tree for 225- on the 1st track. I've got JMurphy stuck in on this track for 1st strike with his offer to let you be the BIGGEST professional beagler out there by offering to run heads up with you for a pay day of $1000.00. I've got ole Swinger struck in 2nd with another PRO offer to run heads up for another $500.00 pay day with his JUNK ametuer hounds. Houndsound is not tonguing very much just here and there but I've got him on the card struck in 4th. Folks I got no dog in this cast I'm just the unbiased judge and believe me I'll put the lead to em when they deserve it. Ticker please let the Blowfish know it don't get no mo Pro than that. The only way to score plus points in this cast is to drop them PRO hounds down with the ametuers. I know you stated that you didn't call anyone ametuers and you're right you didn't specifically call out names but instead you stereotyped everyone that hunted in a format other than one in which the rabbit is seen as ametuer, no count title earners and not of your PRO caliber. You've now got the chance to throw down some PRO hounds in a head to head cast with real PROFESSIONAL cold, hard cash but if you're a thinkin that your 30 year plus beagle line can't win a pay day, Hell I'm sure ole JMurphy or Swinger won't mind throwing down with one of your PRO coon hounds or squirrel dogs. What ya say guys................IT'S ON.............!!!!!!!!!!!

No I havent heard anything from whole Hootiegirl about his threatened lawsuit.Yet another lie from him I guess.However the other day I did get a chance to ask my lawyer about it.I went to see my lawyer about incorportating another business. I wasnt sure if it would be best to go as an S Corp or an LLC so I wanted some advice from him regarding that.I was always taught to take every threat very seriously regardless of how stupid the threat or how stupid the person making it.Because of that I took some of ole Hootie's and my posts in to show the lawyer and get his opinion on the potential for a lawsuit.My lawyer read some of these and his first statement was "Is this guy some kind of idiot or what?I about fell out of my chair laughing.When giving him the posts I did not give him any background info and the first word he came up with for Hootie was "idiot".However his next answer did surprise me a little bit.He said that Ole Hootie could file a lawsuit.His exact statement was "any idiot can file a suit".He said winning it was a whole different thing though.He said Hootie would have to prove my posts were untrue and did damage to his reputation.As long as I had the proof of what I said I was in good shape.He also said that Bob from Ohio was on the right track in saying that I should qualify my statements by using the phrase"in my opinion"He said I could virtually say anything I wanted if I stuck that in there. You know me though,I am going to say what I think without worrying about legal mumbo jumbo.He also said that filing a lawsuit was a much different animal than winning a lawsuit and obtaining a judgement.He said that even if the ole hootananny filed a lawsuit and won a judgement it would not mean anything if it was done in a state that I owned no property.He said he would check out Illinois to see if they had a frivolous suit law on the books.He said if they did ,that could would be a whole different can of worms and get in Hootie's pocket (or actually Francis Gail's since Hootie dont have squat)in a big way.He also said he could file a suit against Hootie.He said that pretty much all the same things he had told me about Hootie filing a suit would apply to me as well.He did say that Hootie would have to come to Bowling Green if subpoenaed or face arrest.I really liked the sound of that .I prefer to handle my problems person to person face to face however Hootie has sort of set the pace here by threatening me with a suit. A pro handler/trainer is someone that YOU pay to train or run your dog. In some forms of trials (different breeds) a pro is not even allowed to run a dog that they own.
I get a kick out of watching people claim they are a pro when others (with retrievers for example) go to such great lengths to prove their amateur status so that they can put a AFC title on their dog.

There are some guys on this thread that can only post lies and slander and call names. They would not be allowed to post on most message boards I post on. This board seems to be out of control. I wonder if the guy that owns the server this board goes through actually knows about the trash that is posted on this board?
Some fellows that are posting on this thread claim to be judges in beagle hunts. They lie on this board, they would lie while they are judges. Do you want them to judge your dog? Do you think they would honestly judge my dog? Most intelligent folks can see what is going on here. Some fellows don't have a leg to stand on the the issues, so they launch personal attacks. They are not honest. Do you think their Champions are honest rabbit dogs?

Redtick I was reading on a post where you have sold just a few dogs , but just here while back you couldnt go to hunts because you sold pups or dogs every weekend.
Now which is it? You either dont go to trials because you are scared or you sell a pot load of pups and dogs.
