civil- seems pretty civil,no cussin involved so far,some people try to hide their true message about others,such as babbling,ghost tracker,cull,etc while others just came out and told how they feel without a hidden message.
Only time i seen anything uncivil was when someone more or less told the other guy only reason he spoke his peace was he was behind the computer,now that read as threat as far as im concerned.
so its ever how the moderator or owner wants to see things i reckon,hmmmuh

I have tried to keep my messages to the topic. I haven't launched any personal attacks although on another thread I said I wouldn't let a certain person carry a scorecard on my dogs. There are others that would be obvious bad news if they were carrying a scorecard judging my dogs, regardless of how well my dog did. I am not perfect. But, I try to stay within the guidelines. I reckon I will take my minus points for that bit of trashing. I should have known better.
I think a PKC official needs to see the posts of some of the people on this thread and judge whether he thinks that these people would judge my dog fairly with a large amount of cash on the line. And, this same official needs to see some of the bragging about a "Mafia" network on some of the other threads. I know PKC is well known for it's honesty, especially at the higher levels. There seems to be plenty of folks that have given plenty of evidence that they would put their personal dislike for a person over a dog's rightful score. None of them will ever get a chance to judge my dog unless it is on a PKC cast where all of the cast members can vote on the dog's scoring. And, that will be only possible when PKC adapts only 1 set of rules because I won't be hunting at a PKC Beagle hunt until there is only 1 set of rules.
Again, no replies about the rules, just personal attacks. Would any of you guys be allowed on a board where you had to discus the rules issues and couldn't launch personal attacks? I wanted to debate these issues on PKC's board, they don't allow personal attacks. But some of you wanted to do it here. Probably because personal attacks are allowed. You obviously can not do anything else. You can bash me all you want but that doesn't make the rules you compete under any better. You guys are like beagles that get plus points for running squirrel tracks 100 yards, quitting, and then get plus points like the Small Pack rules allow. I break my dogs from squirrel tracks.
I do think there are some intelligent people that do read these messages and know the difference. I can't blame them for not posting and risking the personal attacks.
Go to my web site. The ones that have Lakeland in front of their name were Championed by me, the ones that have other names in front of them were Championed by others. Look at the photo album as well as the dogs pictured on the site. Some dogs like Champion Hunting Beagle Champion Stacy's Mountain Outlaw Pedde was already a Hunting Beagle Champion when I bought him and I have put some Champion of Champion wins on him. If a dog has the traits I want to put in my puppies and I can buy him or her, I am not afraid to spend a dollar. So what? For many, many years, I have sold coonhound puppies and bought the best ones back already titled. And, I have titled some myself. I plan on using the same successful formular with my beagles. What does it have to do with PKC Beagles, the topic of this thread? Swing, why don't you ask a question about PKC Beagling instead of asking personal, needless questions? Be truthful, wouldn't you like to have a chance to win a $10,000 purse competing with your beagles? It could possibly happen if PKC got it's act together. Of course, you need to have beagles that circle rabbits before they can score plus points, not beagles that run a track 100 yards, quit, a "dead track" is declared, and plus points are awarded. There are many Rabbit Champions that have won that way.
Well Dave, I will offer you an invite out here and we will see if mine can circle a rabbit to the gun, All of mine and Tony's are either Champions or Grand Champions in the format you hate the most.
Like you say in your video Cricket came out first like she always does, bring her out here and see how long it takes her to come out and set at your feet.
Swing, I have seen a fair number of ARHA LP Champions that apparently made their Championships by running squirrel tracks 100 yards, quitting and getting plus points for it. To me, a rabbit dog did not do his job unless the rabbit was circled and brought in to a potential shooting possition. And plus points should only be earned for bringing a rabbit a full circle.
Swing, I don't know how your dogs won their Championships. I hope you are not part of some "Mafia" that is a group of fellows secretely conspiring to make each other's dogs Champions
Swing, for all I know, you may have the best beagles that ever lived but any ARHA LP titles do not have any value in my kennels. I have seen too many ARHA LP Champions that would be culled from my pack. I guess they are OK for amateurs but I want Professional quality rabbit dogs. The ones that have to produce the meat for plus points.
Swing, I think someday you might tire of some of the amateur beagling you do and might want to belong to a professional organization like PKC. No squirrel tracks, no Mafia, just good rabbit dogs that "show me the rabbit".

Now PKC is the greatest thing to you, just awhile back you hated PKC because of 2 different formats.
I could care less about NKC, matter a fact I am barred from NKC for smelling fish.
I think if more people would have stood up for Randy Beavers, Dale Barnes, and Matt Glomski we could have had a change in leadership.
