lost beagler

Post by waterboy »

Hello board. I'm trying to put together a fun run around NJ, PA, or DE.
On the 10th of May 2004, the beagler world lost a young beagler to leukemia. He had an eight year fight with leukemia. He and his family thought they had it beat. They believed he would return home, get stronger, and train his new pup, Molly, to run rabbits and be his best friend. Unfortunately, he could not get stronger. He got a virus that leukemia patients sometimes get and it overran his small frail body. This virus overtook his body. The doctor tried for months to help him fight this sickness so that he could return home. He talked about his dog, Molly, and plastered pictures of her everywhere. The whole hospital wing knew of his dog. The dog loved him. Molly made a visit to see him in the hospital and he loved every second he had with her. On May 10, 2004, this young boy passed away. I would like to help his family and the other kids with leukemia. At one time, leukemia use to be a sure killer. Now with many doctors researches and new methods, kids beat this. I would like to raise money for this with a fun run, but I need help to set this up. I want to set this up by the Sept 2005. I need to find beaglers to help me set this up with a club to run and other things to help make this happen. This site is how young Matt Penrose found his new beagle. I know that this board can help me find the resources to get this fun run in honor of Matt Penrose started, off the ground, and rolling. If anyone can help or has any suggestions, please post. I would appreciate any input! Thanks for your time and consideration.
