It would be better just to start a new REGISTRY and eliminated ARHA altogether if you were going to do this. It would be an open registry, very easy to start. Use the same LP rules, alter them a smidge so there are no law suits. Think about it....the beagle "Clubs" dont belong to the NKC....they can allow any organization to run hunts on their facilities.

sounds like a great idea. Sure the money would be nice, but the board bragging rights to the winner would be awsome. I have no shot because I work every Saturday and never can make alot of hunts (not that I'm claiming my dogs would do it anyhow ). But I would throw a dog or maybe two into the pot just for the fun. Be nice to see an updated list of points as time goes along as well. I also like the idea of winner takes all (minus judge's pay if a runoff is needed). Hope this idea will fly!
