One more thing. My brother may not stoop to your level.....BUT I WILL. I am absolutely blown away that you have the nerve to get on this forum and entitle a post "greensburg field trial (home cookin)". i was with you on your first round. the boy you rode those 200 miles with JUDGED YOU. you won with 2 checks. one check you got your dog was back trackin and the other was a magic check cause it come out of nowhere. so further-more you shoulda never made it to the finals. that is CHEATING. then you want to get on here and run down an honest judge. maybe you need to stay in indiana where you belong.

Listen Moduck, this is my son you are slamming and I know him better than anyone. He would not intentionally cheat anyone and obviously he is a lot more of a man at 24 than you will ever be. He has been cheated intentionally a few times but never stooped to a low scum way as you. It is people (and I use that word loosly with you) that take the fun out of field trailing. The way I understand it, this rule has changed and most of the judges there at the end didnt realize it until they looked it up. The two that corrected it during the discussion at the club (one of them my other son) only knew because they had looked it up right before that. I can guarantee you are not as perfect as you think you are. I am proud of you son, you admitted you were wrong and openly apologized right in front of everyone like a real man should. Just because this two faced nobody shook your hand, accepted your apology, and said every thing was okay and then tried to stab you and the club in the back, dont let it bother you...You are the man here not him.

Bill is one of the best judges I have been judged by. Mistakes will happen. All I can say is judge a few, try it out.

The 15 minutes of overtime was added at the last rules meeting.

Bill has been Judging, and tested way before that. He can Judge me anytime.

Modock, I doubt very seriously Bill had any intentions of cheating you. If you werent Crying or trying to start something why is the thread title ( Home Cookin) ???

I'll stand up for Billy Adams anyday, anytime, anywhere. We need more people like him in this organization. Danny you done a fine job raising these boys and it shows every time I see them at a hunt. Billy dont sweat the small stuff, dust it off your shoulder.

let me say that i was not saying that the judge was wrong,or that he cheated in anyway.i don't know the judge or anyone else involved.i have heard of the judge and everything that i've heard was good!!all i was saying was that if the moh's saw that the cast should have went to overtime(weather there was plus points or no score)and it didn't,he could have ruled that they run the 15 minutes.not posting to make anyone mad or say who was right or wrong.good luck in future trials. :D

Red Brush,

You sorta have a point, but should the 15 minutes be added after the scorecard was signed? Then you have the original winner protesting the hunt possibly and winning. If the cast had been protested it would have been cut and dry to run the 15 minutes.

If they wanted to cheat Modock, I doubt he would have been tied with plus points.

i just looked it up and the arha website says that once the handler signs the scorecard he forfeits all rights to protest unless the score or placements of the hounds change after he signs. once he signed there was nothing the moh could do.

Modock,I dont usally get in this stuff so i dont run my mouth. But i also dont put any post on here about home cooking. Yes ive had judges that have made bad calls!! But i have also judged and made bad calls it happens and when your a good honest judge you are hard enough on your self for making the bad call. So you dont need to come home from the trial you judged 1 to 3 cast at and find a post on the computer that says
HOME COOKIN!!! Put yourself in the judges position. If you get a bad call and are able to get it fixed good for you but if you are unable to get it fixed just suck it up. Some people never lose they are always cheated when things dont go there way!! So i try to have a dog that will dominate a cast and leave no questions as to who should have won! If you dont have a hound like that keep trying!! They are out there.
I would love to come to Indy and rabbit hunt.
Guys i dont know about LP but in PP we have a hard enough time getting people to judge at our trials without dragging them through the mud on the internet.

You are right once you sign scorecard you cannot protest!!
