Why do you have this attitude about UKC?
The hunting Beagle format is in my opinion the fairest format there is. the rules are straghtforward and everybody plays by the same rules. You just have to read them....

my experience with UKC format has been that the hunting judges dogs, have won 75-80% of the casts. Is that a coincidence ? Rest assured I know the rules, it's the math that seems to get a little fuzzy.
In any given hunt on any given day, odds are with a 4-dog cast, the judge's dog should win 25% of the time, right? The first Eliminator Hunt in Indiana, the percentage of judges' dogs who won their cast was 18%. I don't know about other hunts, I just asked about that one out of curiosity. Math can easily be fuzzy unless it's actually done on paper.
