Picked one up this year and very happy with it. Will hopefully be my gun of choice for a long time to come.

I have 3 20 ga. guns. A Remington 870 LW-20-mag, A Remington 1100 LT-20, and a Browning Citori White Lightning 20. The latter 2 has 26" barrels with screw-in chokes. The 870 has a 28" mod. choke. Love them all but the 1100 the best.

The ultimate gun is one you can hit with. My go-to-gun is a Stevens 12 gauge side by side that I paid $200.00 for because it fit so well. I take my Ruger Red Labels as back up guns, one 12 one 20. I have 28 gauge skeet tubes for the 20 and 28 gauge Chamber Mates for the 12. I shoot 5s or 6s; I do reload too. One day, I'll have a gunsmith do some work on my 20 so it "fits" better.

I shoot an 870 Wingmaster, 20 ga. And I love it. Great all around gun that looks nice but don't cost so much that your afraid to use it.

I use a Remigton 870 youth model 20 guage for hunting thcik bush and briars where shots are very close. I use an open cylinder choke tube. The barrel length is just 18 inches.Great gun for the thick stuff tad short for more open places longer shots.

Hard to beat as well!
Use # 5 high brass 60 yard gun for cottontails, will kill a bobcat at 40 yard done that.
This was my set up, works very very well!!!!

Thompson center contender 410. It has a 14inch barrel and it rides in the front pocket of my rabbit vest. gives me hands free rabbit hunting

Whichever gun fits you best. Different guns fit people differently. I grew up with an 870 Wingmaster, but have found out it doesn't fit me. For me it's a Ithaca M37, for whatever reason. I also like an old 410 bolt action Mossberg I inherited. Its very light & fun to carry.

U can't go wrong with a benelli. I shot a legacy 12 ga with 26 in barrel. 6 shot high brass but most of our shots r good distance away of in very thick-under brush. Costly but we'll worth it.
