I was just wondering what type of shells you use in your 410 pistols. Please give shot size and brand ammo. Thanks in advance.

I use 2 1/2" loaded with #8 magnum lead shot. I can't give you a brand because I load my own. I can tell you alot of guys say go with 3" shells but I haven't talked to anyone that has patterned 2 1/2" shells and 3" shells in a .410 that had a better pattern with the 3".

My .410 pump pattererns alot better with 2 1/2. guys say they need the extra with 3", but if your aim is on 2 1/2 are fine. If you aim is off a 10 ga. won't help you. LOL LOL
