What's your favorite .410?
I'm thinking about getting a new one. I've been shooting an old single shot the last two seasons.
I'll whip out the 20 gauge 1100 every now but that's not as much fun.
See Dicks had a STF 3000 .410 for $350 but looks like there have been some problems with it.

I have considered purchasing the Stoeger STF 3000 .410. The shotgun gives a very nice appearance for the money. Where did you find or research the problems with this model:?: I appreciate your comments.

I guess your probably asking about shotguns, not handguns, BUT, I have to say, I shot a Super Comanche 410, this past week and was quite impressed with it. Was able to hit a couple times and with some practice, think it would do just fine. Thanks to my WV hunting buddies, they showed me their firearms and I was able to demonstrate how to "ventilate" a hunting cap. Hope they appreciated the hints.

Bob,
Just punch in super comanche in your search and you will be able to find them.
PS: It was my pistol and MY hat that Ed was shooting! Sure glad my head wasn't still in it!!! LOL

I like to use an old Mossberg bolt action (full choke). One in barrel, 2 in clip (mine only holds one in clip). Its real light & feels good. Great for rabbit hunting. You can probably pick one up for less than $100.

I bought my super comanche a couple of years ago and I think it was $160 or $170. I would say you should be able to get one for under $200. Any firearms dealer should be able to order it for you. I could not find any in my area that carried it but they would order it.

my son shoots a 20ga Stoeger o/u for competition trap and Sporting Clays. He has shot it for about 3.5 years and has just about outgrown it. He loves this gun and it is the one he uses to rabbit hunt with. He has probably shot 25000 rounds through it and it is just starting to looses up a bit
