Activated accounts

There is a long time beagler by the name of Rich Timm trying to get on here, Can Bev or someone let me know if his account is activated and what he needs to do so he can contribute to the board. Thanks, Dave

He must e-mail me with his user name. I can't sort through the 100 or so activation notices I get per day (mostly spammers) to guess which ones I think are legitimate and activate them.
