Who does the yellow paper pedigree

I've got a 5 generation pedigree on a female of mine and the guy I bought her from said a guy makes them for $5 all you have to do is give him the sire and dam of the dog. Anyone know who this might be or who else does this rather then pay AKC for it. The paper is a yellow brown in color
