Im looking for a bitch that is directly out of dan. I know they are few and far between but there should still be some out there and still capable of breeding. Im wanting her for breeding purposes but i would like for her to be able to run as well. I have a few ideas on crossing her up with some heavy Trex / pine mnt stuff that i think would make a super cross as well as add some size to the dan bloodline. If you have a well bred female out of Shooter or JRs Topgun Tyke i may be interested in that to. Please let me know if you or somebody you know may have something along the lines of what im looking for. Thanks for looking!

Adam Seger has two female pups off of a female named Crook, owned by Larry Perry. Crook is an outstanding reproducing female heavy in Dingus and Indian Hills blood. I had a male pup off of her and he was a complete natural. I kick myself for selling him as he did not have a big mouth and I am a little over the top on mouths. If you could get your hands on one of those females you would have something! Hope this helps!

I have a bitch currently bred and the pups will be really heavy dingus. Im looking at an outcross into a close up or line bred ranger dan bitch. I think the cross could be very interesting and produce a really hard hunting line control hound with some speed and brains. Im really wanting a direct ranger dan bitch or no further then a grandpup. I have a couple different ideas actually. I have a male that is out of Abshires junie and cinnamon run honey (patch) that is big hard hunting male and i also have a male coming on real strong that is out of RCH Pine mnt charley (Kingwoods trex x pine mnt chester bitch) and a bitch that is directly out of pine mnt chester and a kingwoods trex bitch). i will soon be having a cross of two kingwoods trex half mates that would produce a male that could make a great cross with ranger dan stuff as well. I think the cross will produce size, speed, extreme hunt, great line control, and alot of brains. I have a double chester bitch bred to a heavy kingwoods trex and heavy dingus male right now and dont have the ped in front of me. Those pups havent hit the ground yet and all the direct dan bitches may be dead before they can prove themself for breeding.

There may be more, but I know of 2 females here in WV. Jason Vandergrifts Foxy Roxy gyp is directly out of Dan and Blackies First Prize who is out of Round Pond Mr. T. The other is Kyle Cheslocks Weedeaters T Ann who is also Dan and Mr.
T. I'm sure neither one could be bought for any amount of money, but both throw great pups if there ever for sale for future reference.
