Looking for some good rabbit recipes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I like to take them and lightly pan fry them. Take them off and put them in the oven to finish cooking on 250 degrees. While they are cooking take the drippings and make a gravy with them. Tear off the rabbit pieces and put into the gravy then pour over rice. MMMMM good
