Where can you purchase a roll of the 3/4" dayglo nylon that collars are made from? Thanks in Advance

If you buy it from a wholesaler it comes in 100 foot rolls I can sell you a roll if you are interested let me know or I can tell you where you can buy it at but you have to have a tax no. to purchase it from them.
