TC , I have a very fine little 5yr old female that can
track , run and jump extremely well in my poor little
opinion . I'm not planning to "show" them or "trial"
them . I just want some small dogs that can run a
line and circle a rabbit to the gun . I guess these would
be more of a spo ? type beagle . My lil hound runs a
great line . If she has any health issues I don't know
about it . I will use my "BIG" hounds for the trialing
and showing . I have plenty of time to run rabbits
Are you sure that a 8-12 inch beagle would have health
issues or dwarfism ? Some people run 13 inch beagles .

I have 2 left, one of each, will be a lot of the blue tick tho... sire is 11 1/2" and the dam is 12 and something, but definately under 13. However, I am not in KY but will be bringing a male down for Oakhill when they are 8 weeks old or maybe a little older.

TC , Don't give it a second thought . I have had to go back and edit
a few post myself

. After I read them I sound like a complete
idiot to myself

. I'm NOT saying you sound that way JUST me sometimes

. I know that everyone for the trials want a full 15 or full 13 inch beagle and in most cases I see why . I just hate to see this
little grade females ability pass away when she does . She has brought
me a lot of joy since I obtained her .
