CnT, we don't use starting pens, but we do professionally start, train and condition hounds for people here in north central Ohio. You can log onto our web site or feel free to give us a call should you be interested or have any questions. Good luck.

I just wanted to say that Steve at Red Briar Kennels is the real deal boys! I decided to take a pup there recently to be started. The dog is well bred, but just flat out would not leave my feet. I work full time, and a lot of hours sometimes, and knew I didn't have the time he needed to get him going good. When I dropped the pup off, Steve went right in the kennel with him as we talked, petting him and making him feel at home. I could tell he not only enjoyed what he did, but that he also cared about the dogs the same way I do. His kennels were spotless. He has kept in constant contact with me the entire time, and even called me while the pup was in the field running a rabbit. I am going to pick him up this coming weekend, and am really excited to see how he runs! If you guys need a dog conditioned, or a pup started, Steve is the man to see! Just make sure you don't take to many there and not leave room for any future prospects I may have! LOL And thanks Steve, I really appreciate all your time, effort, and consideration. Bill Ennis.
