Redbacks.... I always have a good run out of redbacks.
They also raise belguim hares :)

I use a san juan x dutch cross works well.
I did some checking on the internet and sites I found said to use rabbits that are fully or semi arched they are mornnig than others.

X.... can get loads of smokey mountain redbacks .. i believe they are the same that are referred to as smokey mountain cottontails because they look like a cottontail (and run like one also). The man I get my rabbits from says he can get them for around 5$ or 3$ if you buy a bunch.

tim thats cheap better buy alot and you can make on resale. the cheapest i can let them go is $5 and thats 20 or more $8 less than 20 i gave way more for my founding stock.

For 3 bucks apiece Id buy about all of em I could get my hands on.

I havent had any luck finding anyone around here that has any.

I bought some off this forum called knotheads and plan to try and raise a few of them but they were pretty young so its gonna be awhile.

The best ive seen are the Smokey Mountain crossed with Belgium Hare.
