Male Beagle wanted in North-Central KY

I'm wanting a Male Beagle, but would accept a female. Color not important. Age not important. Doesn't have to be exceptionally fast. I want one that will hunt HARD. One that bust the brush and fencerows and get a rabbit up. I also want it to handle if it is an older dog, a young dog I can break myself. Nothing trashy or gunshy, please. I also want him to hunt with you, and not all over the place or way out front. I mostly hunt overgrown fencerows and sinkholes. My partner already has a good, quick track dog. I need a hard huntin' brush buster. Must be in the $200 range, as money is tight after the holidays. OR I will trade a Jiminez Arms 9mm Pistol. Thanks, Josh.
