looking for kennel wire

iam looking for heavy gage kennel wire for the kennel floors and side. i been to lows southland lumber cater ect. around here in ohio. i cant get good heavy wire just the cheap crap that will not hold up. any one know where i can get a good roll of it let me know i even been to t.l.c. no!! luck thanks. 740-852-7484

It is a little bit of a drive, but Mister Feed in Cabot PA sells vinyl coated wire in various size mesh, gauges, and widths. That is where I bought mine at. They will sell by the roll or by the foot.

Dont know how far you are from chareston wv but chip eisenhut sales heavy gauge coated wire for flooring and sides. Eisenhut dog supplies 304-984-1430 he will treat you right.

thank you but you are right just to far. i just built another off ground kennel comeing out of my barn. with the boxes built inside for heat. i just needed wire for the outside floor and sides. all they got around here is that cheap stuff that would not hold up. but thank you

You might go to your local Co-Op and check on "Hog panels", they have them rubber coated and once is all you'd need to buy... ;)

Farmers Co-Op, it's where we get the fertilizer for the field. They have a warehouse of farm supplies, gates, wire, we get the chemical to spray weeds and treat algae on the ponds also.

thank you s.r. patch i look into it i went to tractor slupply her t.l.c. they had hog pannels but way to wide for kennel floors the holes where about 3x3 are biger.

That wire is for the sides, what you want is the farrow flooring. Badger had some of this on the board for sale one time. It is a heavy coated wire mesh for the farrowing crates.
