Was the price you paid installed or for equipment only? What is the seer rating on the ac? What percent efficiency is the furnace?

Price I paid was for install, but they did NO duct work. The seer rating is 13 and it is a 2 speed 90,000 btu furnace. It is 96% efficient. Also comes with a talking thermostat.
