year old female, goes back to shooter and prime time

I have a year old female should stay 13, goes back to shooter and prime time. She has been in the starting pen, can solo a rabbit when she wants to, she is going in and out of the race wit hthe older dogs. Can jump and run her own rabbit. She just needs tradck and time.
