I'm just posting this on here for him. we are considering selling grch grhbch white river coal miner! coal won the registered portion of the wv hunters rights benifut hunt at 10 months old he also won the overall at the mcvay memorial as a 1 yr old as a champion he had a win at the wolverine classic indiana state hunt hoosier spring classic placed 3rd in champions at the nationals he has qualified 4 the world every year of his life and has been in the top sixteen of the indiana state race also! he comes from 1 of the greatest crosses ever! grch hbch fire river micheal x ch hbch smiths weedeater t-ann! coal is a supior hunter with never ending hunt he is a supior jump dog if he barks he has meat and he is about a 7 on speed with excellant control coal never gets raddled he just does what he was bred to do everytime out!! this dog will not be cheap at all so please serious inquires only you make contact matt turner at kevin watkins at 260-336-0430 there is some females already lined up 2 be bred 2 him that must be honered in the deal and as i said before this dog will not be cheap thxs for all serious inquires!!!!!!!!!

This is a powerful hound. I bred to him and have a large litter coming off of him! His performance the day I saw him confirmed what i was told and then some. He is a JUMP DOG second to none, can handle a track and showed great indepedence in locking on a rabbit in tough conditions. I loved his bottom side of pedigree and he will add confirmation to ANY line as he is, in my view, a near perfect formed hound. He sounds like a hound and will go looking for a rabbit! I seriously hope he stays somewhere I will be able to breed to him again!! Best of luck on selling him. If I was in the position to do it, I would own him!!

I'm telling you guys this dog will win in any format. Call Kevin and go watch him run. He's in Ohio right now with Matt Turner. This hound is the real deal and will not disappoint.

Jim, I'm going to call about this dog today. In your opinion, since you have seen him run, is he the real deal? I have been looking for a real jump dog for several years since mine have passed on or are too old. I want him strictly for gunning, is he a rabbit dog? Thanks, Nick.
Jeremy, I am very interested in this hound, what is the time difference from Delaware to where he is? Have you ever gun hunted over him? Would he be available to a hunter or does he want him to go to a trialer?

He's had plenty of rabbits shot over him. Solo and in a pack. Not sure of the time difference and I'm sure he'd sell him to a gunhunter. It's all about how well he'll be taken care of and if he'll be ran or not that will determine where he goes.

Apparently this dog is not for sale. Not going to beg you all for him. As far as I'm concerned you boys lost a sale.

Not sure what you mean man. Kevin told me he called you today and left a message. He's been out of town with the family this weekend and is just now on his way home.

Awful funny, he took a call from another guy from Delaware that I run with some. So apparently he had his phone. If I had a hound for sale for 4 grand, I darn sure wouldn't wait a whole weekend before I called back! That's what frosted my a**. No hard feelings though! Just saved me some money that's all. Nick

BTT.....I'd stick my A** back in the microwave for a minute or so and jump on it!! lol. This dog is a once in a lifetime type of dog, and if I had the money he'd be at my house right now!!! if you're willing pain that kind of coin to soley gun hunt a dog, you're buying the only dog you will ever need!!!! He's not flashy Everytime you take him out he WILL JUMP and CIRCLE rabbits for you!! Grit eatin rabbit dog! Ran with him last week he solo'd one circled it twice while the other dogs were off piddling in the meadow one of those meadow dancers was another well known HBCH Champion!!! Good luck fellas!! Wish I had that kinda loot for a dog, cuz he'd be the one i bought!! The litter of pups i raised out of him and Trouble will be making themselves well known in the trials!! In Kevin's defense he is one of the most straight up guys I've ever met through beagling, his family comes first, and I'd say there is nothing wrong with that!! Even though we live in different states I'd consider Kevin a good friend of mine, even if his head is still stuck in a jar!!! I have alot of good friends that i don't brag up there hounds too lol so that is not why i'm doing this post!!

P.S it's not easy to answer a phone with a jar over you're head give him alil slack haha!! J/K!!

Kevin is a good guy if he didn't call you there was a phone mix up or something. Kevin has always been straight up with me and kept his word.

This dog is a rabbit dog!! Hunt second to none, IMO. Nice mouth, honest mouth, nice control with competitiveness that I thought was just enough. This dog could reproduce some VERY good hounds. His potential is limitless as a stud hound if put on very good females!!
