HE IS E. COLLAR BROKE. AND IF YOU HAVE A TONE ON YOURS HE WILL COME INTO JUST HITTING THE TONE. THIS IS NOT A BAD HOUND. HE JUST NEED RAN TO FINISHE HIM OUT.
