You know, I really hate to do this, but do to a divorce, I just cannot my dogs justice....
Jack is now about a 1 1/2 years old. A beautiful dog that will go around 14 1/2". He started very easily around six months of age and has been a very good hunting companion ever since. He handles like a dream. Always eagerly comes when called. He was hunted a fair amount during the 2008/09 rabbit season on Indiana cottontails. I have only had Jack on the ground a couple of times by himself and he did a good job for a young hound. He has very good speed. Never ran any off game. He does a fair job working his own checks and seemed to be getting better every time out. Jacks biggest need of improvement, in my opinion was his hunt. But, in his defense, he was a very young hound at the time and was improving. In the right hands, who knows? The sad truth is that I have not had him out now for about four months....
Anyway, I purchased Jack from Frieda and Branko Krpan in early 2007. One quick glance at his pedigree speaks for itself. Jack possess some of the most powerful re-producers of our time. No less than 12 champions in the first 3 generations with three crosses of FTC Jack of all trades. Price is a very fair $400.00 firm. Thank you.
