Adkins Hippy Chick is for sale

I don't have the time to finish her out this summer..want her to go to a good home.

15 inch female out of my old Rocky dog and Suzy(see website) colored like Suzy but more of a blanket back.
Hunts good..jumps her own rabbits..runs a good line and has decent control. She is more of a line control hound than a swarper and swinger.Handles great in the field. Have shocker her from deer..hasn't taken one on months but I wouldn't call her a totally broke dog yet. Time will tell that.My main fault to her is she is a little shy in the above ground kennel. In the field you never see it and she runs right to ya. Not noisy at all..won't fight over the feed if kenneled with another hound. I really would like to see her go to a good home and someone that will stay in touch with me. If you wanna bred to any of my males when she comes in thats fine just would like a pup from her. She won the puppy bench at the Diabetes hunt and got a 3rd place trophy on the bench at the Grand Nationals. She won't need much solo polishing this summer to make a nice hound. I will not sell her to a dog trader..

i have ran with this dog. what brad tells is the truth. my brother owned her dad and he was one of the best around. should make someone a good dog.

Junebug you are right..he wa a good one..i'm glad Ronnie sold him to me..he filled the game bag a many a day. jumpdog deluxe.

well i sold the dog..then missed her and got her back..been running her quite a bit..has turned down deer now..is picked up quite a bit of speed. She is ready to trial..I have 3 open females right now and when one comes in heat they all do..I am going to let her go to make room for some pups that should be here before long..again no dog traders need apply. I'd like her to go to someone that trials that will have time to finish her and stay in touch if they ever bred her I'd like to buy a pup.
