First hound is Whitepath Bonnie. She is CKC registered, sired by FTCH Branko's Timberchuck (by Lumberjack) and out of Wilson's Camille. Bonnie is a 15 inch bitch, shows decent line control and check work. She has a sister that is a field champion and a brother that has placed I believe. She is good mother and raises pups with no help at all. There are a number of fanciers that are quite pleased with her offspring apparently. Although she has had plenty of experience in snow and cold she does not do well in it and that's why she is for sale. I should also point out she likes to run fox when running a hare is tough. She's what I call a fair weather hound that would do much better running in a climate that is more suitable to her abilities. Second hound that is for sale is Whitepath Candy, sired by FTCH Tustin's Scrambler out of FTCH Whitepath Beauty II. Candy is also a 15 inch bitch with plenty of experience in snow and cold but like Bonnie would probably do much better in a more temperate climate. Candy is smart, handles well, loud on track, decent control and check work, with reasonable hunt desire, and probably about medium speed by LPH standards (I'm guessing here). Third dog for sale is Northern Pride Sonny, a big male (probably over 16 inches) with a beautiful horn type mouth, he is UKC registered. His sire is an outstanding winter running hound as is his dam. Unfortunately Sonny didn't take after them and isn't so good in deep snow and cold. When the weather is fair he is greasy quick with outstanding line control. He is faster than any other hound I run. Another fair weather hound that does much better when he has sod under his feet. All three dogs are up in the northwest end of Ontario near Thunder Bay, but I may be able to get them to Doug Walden's place in Lindsay, Ontario or northern Minnesota as I'm near the border.
