akc male 1 year old (sold)

I have a 15" tri-color male for sale he has just turned a year old he has good hunt excellent line control, and has plenty of speed. not to mention he is a nice looking hound. This is the type of dog you normally wouldn't sell. The reason this dog is for sale is because he has one problem he has very small testicles. My concern with this dog would be from a breeding standpoint and i am not wanting to put anymore time into a dog if he cannot produce. Possibly they are up inside of him?
