Free 4yr old bluetick male

I have a male bluetick beagle thats 4 yrs old. He can be akc registered but there would be a late fee. Ive only had him about 2 months. He is a solid medium speed, will hunt as hard as any dog you put him down with, will hark and pack with medium speed dogs and has a short bawl mouth. handles pretty good too. Now the bad. he will run a deer. Has run two on me. i dont have a shock collar and im not buying one for just one dog. He may be easily broke i dont know. He is free, if you want him, come get him. I live in southcentral indiana. between bedford and shoals (lawrence county and martin county indiana) on highway 450 in indiana.
