Double Turbo Female SOLD..SOLD

I need to move a dog to pay for a couple of vet bills, and i"m moving and can only take a few dogs. I have been slowly selling down and this is the last one i'm letting go. I hate to sell this female, but she is the only one I can afford to move. I bought her a few months back in hope that she would be like her Sire (Turbo Super Sport) who I own. I wanted her because I passed her up as a pup, so when she came up for sale I jumped on it. She was started by Forrest Kerns and is a hard hitting 14” with a big bawl mouth, good hunt with med fast to fast speed.

About her: DOB June 26, 2006 (14 months)

If she has any flaws this is it. She opens early, but imediatly moves the line fast. Sport has a good nose and can find rabbits when most dogs can't, so I’m still trying to figure her out. I have been holding back on trying to correct her until I know for sure just how good her nose is. I have ran her several times and she seems to be dead on every time, but it is something that needs to be watched. She needs solo time and in the hands of the right person she will be a dominating little female.

Sport is a 13 1/2" Open marked fast male with great line control, Squal mouth and can dominate a check area.

Chance was a 14 1/2" tricolor female with good foot and breakaway speed. She has excellent line control, hunts like a bird dog, good in the check and a fog horn mouth.

good looking little hound, is it the same one tom brown had on here as a keeper? it sounds like she might be barking off on you, also know as ghost barking, i have found when you double up on turbo it can be a problem, nice looking female

this is the same dog. She isn't ghost barking. When she barks she is moving the line full speed. I have been watching her like a hawk tryihng to figure out what she is doing. Sport picks up lines like this and is 300 yards away and will have the rabbit half circled before any dogs with with him bark. It is more about them trying to play catch up and him pulling them so hard.

If she was ghost barking you would see a size 10 boot print on her a$$ in the picture. When she opens she is moving it and has produced the rabbit almost everytime. There has been a few little quick runs where they where on some little baby rabbits that didn't last long.

I have dealt with Steve a couple of times. He is honest and straight forward. I don't know this dog, but would not hesitate to take his word.

Vicky,
This little female is faster than Hannah (my reggie female), and will come around her anytime she wants the lead. But, i'm just trying to be honest about what i have seen and what i'm trying to evaluate her on. She has the tools, the nose, the foot and the smarts to be a good one. But, i have only had her a short time and that is not enough to tell just how good she is. Hanna has better line control and is a honest dog, so she is the one i have been comparing her to. I have ran these two together everytime. I didn't plan on selling her, so the only thing i can do is explain what i have seen and what i have been watching.

Come watch her run, nothing to hide. She can flat out fly.

Steve,
I seen where you posted you had a couple double bred Turbo run deer. Is this one of them?

Jonny,
She is one of the partners in crime. I still don't know if she was the one who started this run or what? I was 10 yards behind these dogs the entire run. I thought they where running with Terry's dog, but when i hit mine with the collar and gathered them up they where in the middle of about three other dogs that another guy had there that we didn't know. Terry's dog was know where around. I took my dogs home and put them out on deer here at the house the next day and they wanted nothing to do with them? They stood around and watched 15 deer and just kept hunting. Are they deer broke? I don't think they are 100%, but all i can do is just keep taking them to my honey hole (deer) and trying them out. Like i said in the post, i kind blame myself. 2 hours without a jump I should have loaded them up. they are pups and that combination is not what you put pups into.

As I read this post, I must say that I admire the fact that you explain the few faults a YOUNG dog has when you listed her for sale. I personally have never owned a "naturally trash proof" hound as of yet in my almost 20 years of owning Beagles. I've heard they do exist, but I guess I just haven't been fortunate enough to own one. It's nice to see someone that's at least trying to be honest when selling a hound. As for the deer, I've only had one that I could not break. Thanks to the miracles of modern electronics, as long as you stay up on the dogs to make sure what they're running and have a good set of shock collars, the problem can be solved!

He did it to your Yogi dog! If you want to see it for your self come run with him anytime you feel froggy! Don't take someones elses word, get off your a$$ and come see the greatness with your own eyes. Eddy, you my friend will always have a front row seat invitation to see him tear up any dog you own. All you have to do is show up. Now if you want to play computer beagler keep on posting, if you want to see a real dog run....come and run! You have been bashing Sport for to long so, its time to put up or shut up.

Now don't be getting all hot on me Eddy. I'm just having a little fun with you. But, i think you need to see him run before you say anything negative about him.

Hey Terry you better show up with your Gauge dog to keep the checks down and the losses at a minimum. :D I'd liked to bring my 10 month old Blue Bolt dog and let him join in too :!:
Blue has wings. :D

Seriously, we all (Rod, Terry, Eddy, Steve, myself) should meet and run sometime soon. Then we could compare notes and stuff and talk and run dogs.
