stolen or lost female

Post by matts »

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v413/ ... _284-1.jpg Lost or stolen at deer creek close to the engineers building... Dog handled too good to not come back..there were 3 guys we seen right as we lost her. Reward for her return. It was the morning of Nov. 30th . so gun season. Started the next day I would've thought out of all the hunters there if she came up to one someone would've called. So I'm thinking she's stolen. Its worth a try to post this here.any info call 5132181344

My buddy says they do this up north of indy. Pick up your hound, throw off the collar, haul them about 10 mi down the road and dump them out. I hope deer hunters wouldn't do this but he thinks it's animal right nuts as some show up at the pound.
I'd look along the road close to where you were hunting, I think taking off the collar and getting rid of it would be their first move. You might get lucky and find it along the road.
Glad to hear you got the hound back.

man that's bs, if i caught someone doing thati dont know what would happen, probally black out and go ballistic.if i heard of anyone bragging about doing this i would be sure to get it out their,i lost one sunday and it also had a training collar on it,but my neighbor told me she seen it right where i turned him loose at on monday, but this was wednsday already,so i go to where he was turned loose at ,at 1 in the morning and call to him and sure enough he hobbles in to me. his pads where wore down to the pink, and could barely walk, and his voice was gone, they cover'ed some serious ground sunday.we had 2 race's that the garmin show'ed they ran 14.7 miles, not counting the other 4 or 5 we jumped,i figure he was just wore out and couldnt go any more, but was very glad to find him  i feel ur lost, for ive had it happen to me in time past, and it always seems to be ur best one or the one u care the most about, hope u find out what really happened!

Oh, that's bad. I take it she'd got hit by a car then trying to find her way back to you an the pack. Obviously done by no one who cared for animals.

Got hit I'd say. What pisses me off was someone took her shock collar off her and didn't have the decency to call and let me know or the guy that called me has it. Oh well she was nice...now off to cull a hundred or so more to get a decent one :)

Sorry for your loss Matt...It will be difficult to find one that has what she had....Don't find yourself as I've done trying to compare every dog to her you will never find exactly what she gave you, not saying to settle, just keep an open mind....Good Luck!!!!

with her collar being gone you know someone has had ahold of her, took the collar off 4 theme selfs or to sell for a few pills, then dropped her off beside the road and some speed demon on the phone paying no attention has come by and hit her,and it always happens to the one u care the most about or favor the most.
