I raised Patches from a 8 week old puppy, and put alot of time in her. She started around 7 or 8 months old and has a full hunting season under her belt. She has had a nice amount of solo time put on her and she can jump and run her own rabbit and can do it pretty darn good too. For her size she is very fast and clean running. For the most part she has been ran with 15 in fast type dogs and has had no problems doing so. She can run with what ever you put her down with, but looks her best running with other 13 in dogs. I think she will do very well in the Midwest 13 in class. She is also a very good handeling dog as all my dogs are. I put alot of time in them early in the handleing department. I can't stand a hard headed dog that don't listen. She does not run any off game and is ran around alot of off game often(such as deer, fox, groundhogs and cats). She has not been tested though by another dog running off game. So I dont know if she would fall into a off game race but she wont start one. None of my dogs run off game since I had her so she has never been put to the test. She lacks some hunt in the heat before the first rabbit is up, but after that she hits the brush good. She is fine in the cooler weather and was my best jump dog last hunting season and was only 14 months old. I would call her speed a 7 and she has very good close check work and can explode out of it when she gets it. She has a excellent nose and can run well in very bad conditions. She can run 3rd or 4th in a pack of 15's and turn the rabbit when they overun the line, or she can run up front and hold it well in a pack of 13's . She is also very well mannered in the kennel and does absolutly no barking. I have close neighbors and no barking aloud in my kennel and they are all broke on a barking collar. You can take another dog out my yard to go running or bring a strange dog in the yard and you wont hear a peep out of any of my dogs. She will poop in her box if given to much room. When it is just big enough for her she does not do it. I live in Coatesville, PA. 19320 I will take partial trades such as a nice bred unstarted pup, TT G2 receivers or a semi 20 gauge. Price is 750$
