Its difficult without actually seeing them in person but, I'd go with #1 as she seems to have a better shoulder and a better rear angle. Both have very pretty heads.

I like a smooth shoulder that is well layed back. On the 2nd one she has a roll over her shoulder which to me means right now its steep. The other one looks like her scapula is much farther set back at this age which could mean she'll have a better layback of shoulder at maturity. I like that the 1st one has a little more angle to her rear rather than being straight which hopefully will end up just wright. Its all just guessing at this age though and of course pictures don't always tell everything. There is nothing like seeing a puppy use itself in person ;-)

Another thing with number one is the tail set is way to high. I really would go with number 2

Tailsets are exactly the same and again.. these are pictures. Go with your gut when you choose and look at them on their own moving about. Balance is the key when choosing. I hate picking "pieces" on puppies which is why I HATE choosing from pictures ;-)

Whoooooooooo

Very compariable pups. Like Leah said, very hard to tell in photos. I hate making my mind up on young ones. I usually go with the first selection when they are close like these two.

If I had to pick by looking at the pictures. I would go with..........

Both of them.

Honestly it would be #2, if I could only have one. Due to him have the head and neck I like.

Since you asked--I'd choose #1. They sure look a lot alike, but I prefer the shape of #1. JMO :)

Thanks for the extra eyes guys! As for #1 she really was not in the mood to sit still, and she was fighting me. Thats the reason her tail set may look high, because I was holding her up by the tail. I was rushed and did the best I could. Leah is right because these pictures, Make it even harder, but I belieive the roll in the shoulder is from alittle more fat on #2. #1 is alittle leaner, but they both just ate. #1 is one of the cutest, and best dispositioned pups that I have ever had, but #2 caught my eye, she has a very smooth gait, and looks like she is showing off right now. I like her look better, but her eyes appear droopy at times, which kinda worries me, that she could end up with a bassett hound look in her eyes.
I'm leaning toward #2 for another reason, her disposition is alittle testy at times, and #1 is perfect for a first time dog owner, and I have alittle girl waiting for a pup. I could live with either one, but I think the besty match is to send the sweet one to her.
All of the pups were so close matched, that I told my friend tp pick first, and he changed his mind three times, once for all three pups. So finally I told him that I would pick one ,and I picked The first one that he had picked, and then traded away.
But now the extra pup AKA #1 keeps getting better and better. There is something I like different about each of them.
I will probably regret, which ever one leaves, Thats Why WV Bill is probably right on the money. I joked that I would hold on to them for 4 months till I decide. Thanks again for your time, I still can't DECIDE ?????????????????????????????????????????????

If you can Do it HOLD on to both of them till they are 4 mo like you said you will then be able to tell a little better wich one you like...
Disposition means a lot to us also, how a dog acts how well it takes to folks and different suroundings ect..
GOOD luck with your choice!!! Been there Done that a few times!!!!!!!!!!!
oh buy the way NICE PUPS................. :D

I agree with TC, Nice pups. I had a hard time getting past the look on the face of #1. "Pleasssssse pick me". What a look. Take nice little video clips of them moving out like you have some of the other wonderful videos on your website!! If keeping them til they are older is an option, would be one that I would consider.

I'll try to post a short video clip. If I get my backyard fence rabbit proofed, and one takes off after a rabbit like them OAKHILL pups that will settle it!!!!!!!!
