Another New Champion

On Saturday at the Memphis KC ....Punkin Hollow Baby Cakes finnished her show Championship by winning a 3 point Major. We have had a hard time finding majors in this region. For her first major we traveled to the North Georgia Hound specialty weekend (a mere 750 miles!)
It has been fun showing her..She has had several BOV over a group winning specials bitch
including her first points as a 6-9 puppy
And by the way she did all this with her whiskers on! Now she's looking forward to wearing her hunting clothes(e collar and blaze orange) and perhaps motherhood

I wish we could get some shows around here to get majors - not that Shasta is ready for any competition like that but still, I would love to see that many Beagles at one show. We're doing good to have maybe 2-3 in a class in this region.

Congrats on your championship and definitely put up a picture when you have a chance.
