A Brag ?!?!?

Post by wvbill »

Went to NJ this weekend to four UKC conformation events and ended up finishing two hounds to champion today.

Took two 7 month old puppies
One picked up BM (Hawk)and the other one took three BOW's and a BOB to finish him to Champion(Sly). Sly was shown in all four shows and Hawk was only show in two.

One female just off of puppies took a BOW and a BF to get all her points to finish.

Couple of the other females picked up points toward their CCH. One just lacking a couple of points to be CCH.

What a weekend!!!

Thats great Bill, I thought the Hawk Pup looked like a winner from the pictures I seen. Good Going. Gregg

Thanks to all

It was a long weekend and Hott!!!! I vote for A/C indoor shows.

It was a great time. In one show there were 8 beagles. The beagles almost out numbered the Poodles and the APBT.

TC,

It is a ton of work. Let alone we had 6 puppies ranging from 8 weeks to 10 weeks with us also, which made it even more hectic.

Gregg,

If we dont find a co-owner for Hawk, he will stay here. I have high hopes for his brother and him. Both in the ring and the field. He is a horse. He tilts the scales at 23lbs at 7 months and is built like a rock.

Don,

Thank you for allowing us to own Chelsy and your insight on the Frog X Rebel cross that produced three outstanding puppies two of which I currently own and one of them that is a CCH at 7 months, almost too the day.

Bill

P.S. will post pictures as soon as I have time.

getting ready

Post by tiffinis »

Went to the show today and had a GREAT time.

Leah, another one of your grand babies walked away with a few ribbons. She was a pretty girl. Trajum Almost Famous, handled by a nice young man, Ethan Wheeler. I took photos that I will post as soon as I get a chance.

One class was taken by a pretty little Lemon and White girl. Gave me hope.

Met some real nice people and got alot of information. I realize though, at least for now, I am not going to be able to afford to do it financially or time wise. I think I need to give it some time before I jump in. But I definitely want to do it!!!

Thanks for encouraging me to go, and for telling me to buy a catalog. Was worth the $7!!

I'm glad you enjoyed the show ;-) Love to see the pictures when you get time! Ethan and Chris do a great Job and I saw a picture of her a while ago and she was pretty. I have a 6 week old lemon that I may keep since I no longer have any lemon bitches here.

I wish he could of blotted me out or something these have to be some of the worst pictures I have ever taken. I should of let the daughter pose both of them.

The only thing I see wrong is you need to come and run some of these gullys with me. The daughter took the strain off my eyes in your picture. Keep up the good work.

edited again... grrr for some reason the images arent working (and yes I know how to post them) so here is alink for the folder. see if that works. It includes the Parker daughter and the little lemon and white female that was there. They both made it to the hound variety group.
