No Gun Control Fears

I would like to thank everyone for thier concerns on gun control. It appears as though they are unwarranted. We do not have to worry about Democrats limiting our weapons or counting our bullets. They are just going to take them. Thanks.

"The shooting deaths of two auxiliary cops must spur the Democratic-controlled Congress to pass tougher gun legislation, Mayor Bloomberg said yesterday.
He also called House Speaker Nancy Pelosi Thursday to urge her to act - and said that if she didn't she'd have blood on her hands, the mayor said.
"The Democrats have said repeatedly that they blame the Republicans for no gun legislation," an angry Bloomberg said during his WABC radio show.
"Well, now they're in charge. OK, stand up. And if not, I'm going to tell everybody."
Bloomberg said this latest tragedy should spur Congress into action.
"There is just a point where we have to say 'Enough,' " Bloomberg said. "You can't keep losing police officers and kids."
The mayor called Pelosi Thursday but was able only to leave a message. A call to the speaker's office from The Post wasn't returned yesterday.
"Day in and day out, it's our children getting killed," he said. "It's our police officers getting killed. It could be you and me getting killed."

Of Course Obama and Biden's not going to let that happen
"Obama and Biden would repeal the Tiahrt Amendment, which restricts the ability of local law enforcement to access important gun trace information, and give police officers across the nation the tools they need to solve gun crimes and fight the illegal arms trade. They support closing the gun show loophole and making guns in this country childproof. They also support making the expired federal Assault Weapons Ban permanent."

But Pelosi won't bring it up...she is a friend to gun owners:

I would like to say thanks to all who voted for the change. We don't really need to rely on that 200+ year old piece of paper called the Constitution. What did they know anyhow. They did not know of opression or having every move controlled by a government. They had no hardships and didn't bleed for the country and the rights of every one in it. I will sleep better tonight knowing Obama, Pelosi, and the mayor of New York are looking after my best interests so I don't have to sweat the small stuff. I can focus on the big stuff like Mrs. Obama's new sleeveless dress or a new bank needing my tax dollars that I am happy to give. I wonder if I can pay my taxes next year straight to lobbiests and big corporations or if that would be money laundering.
