Some GOOD News, Dow up nearly 500 points at closing bell

Dow was up nearly 500 points at closing bell today, http://moneycentral.msn.com/detail/stoc ... &GT1=33009 I think things are going to start to turn around. It just takes time, "financially" I think we are going in the right direction, and not just because of the DOW but viewing the whole ball of wax and the support that Americans and non-Americans are giving. In 3 months it will be better and in 6 months even better. In 2 years we will be coming out of this "financial" nightmare.

Gun control and a few other issues? As long as it is kept under control I am not worried, they can moan and complain and bring forth new bills to pass all they want in Washington because it ain't happening. The extremists will hit a brick wall every time. Moral issues? That's for us to teach at home, it's not the governments job to teach morals.

But attempting to use fear tactics to force people to go the extreme towards the opposite direction does not help matters, and it don’t and won’t work. “Rush” has got to be the most embarrassing American in years. These past couple of weeks with him having diarrhea of the mouth was worse than him getting kicked off of Sunday afternoon football after he made those statements about black men not making good quarterbacks because they were thugs and did not make good leaders. What a jackass. Wanting America to fail and wanting Americans to suffer because he has a problem that he can’t control because he hates all Democrats and is prejudice towards blacks. What a jackass. These corporate contracts that are going to be signed in the next few months because Obama is demanding American companies to manufacture and assemble in America or they get “severely taxed” and the thousands of jobs being created because of it will kill him. I also found out that the Bush’s and McCain and several others {some Democrats too} have ownership and stock in many of these corporations. No wonder some of these guys fought tooth and nail against it, profit, profit, profit as long as it didn't come back to America, and they love their country? As far as Rush, America will be prospering with a Black Democrat President, he can't live with that. Rush is a joke, if he didn’t pay for himself to be on the air, he would have been gone along time ago. I wish Obama would have debated him, it would have been so funny. Rush has a big mouth when speaking on the air and only taking “prescreened” calls from other people that are is trained clones. Obama would have embarrassed him. What in the world was he thinking when he thought he was “worthy” to debate Obama? Anyway, things are getting better.

As long as you say it's alright, then I'll stop worrying. Just as you were trying to tell us, Obama is saving us!!! Thanks Dr. Chris, we all thought, just a few days ago, when all the democrats were telling us how bad everything was and with Obama saying how it was going to get worse before it gets better we were not coming out of this but now you say we are. That's a relief right there. The DOW fell close to 2000 points since Obama was elected and now it came up 500 and we're all saved. WOW!! I thought it was going to take more than that. Guess not. I'll be watching the economic lift off from here.

I never implied in my post that I was smarter than anyone. I never implied in the post that if you were against me, you were a hypocrite. I posted the obvious hypocrisy of Dr. Chris posting that everyone who is a liberal should say what they think republicans are doing that is good and point out where the democrats are doing poorly. Then on his next post he blasts the republicans and praises the democrats. You then copy his initial post and then blast the republicans and praise the democrats. That is hypocrisy no matter whether liberal or conservative, democrat or republican.

Hypocrisy is stating one thing and doing the opposite. Dr. Chris basically stated everyone should find the good in the opposing position and state it. Then he found the bad in the opposing position and stated it. You did the same thing.

I'm looking for where the republicans posted what they think democrats are doing that is good and point out where the republicans are doing poorly, but can't find it. Maybe that's whats brought on the Hypocrisy ...a lack of bipartisan participation...

I think the tractors are hung up in their own political fields and the multiflora rose that separates them is so thornie neither wants to scratch up the paint making a bridge...

Spending increasing and wages decreasing is a bad sign, just goes to show we've learned nothing YET.
Investors buying houses...renting becoming more expensive than owning is a bad sign.
