Hard to believe there are sportsmen on this board who are going to vote for Obama. I even read a guy post Obama wan't interested in his single shot .20 gauge like that is all the 2nd Ammendment is about.

I like my guns just as much as you Pike Ridge/Rneil, but one issue is not going to be the only reason i vote! Anyone who votes for a President based on one issue has a serious problem.

I don't care who they have as President you will never get my guns! You are already required to register all new purchases, so what is going to change? I don't buy my guns from stores now, and never will simply because i will not register them! No government agency is going to know what i have or don't have. That would just make it easy for them to come knocking on the door when they start trying to collect them (right before our next revolutionary war).

Personally i don't see either one of them doing anything! Both the dems and republicans are failing in that department!

Please never make the assumption that I am only voting for McCain only because of the 2nd Ammendment, although worthy enough alone. Barrack Hussein Obama is a terrible candidate and I NEVER could stand Joe Biden either. This guy is the biggest cry baby, do nothing, politician out there and Barrack Hussein Obama selected him because Biden will be the driving force behind taxing the middle class until we truely are a New World Order with all the citizens of every country living equally (socialism) and the once great United States of America will no longer be what our forefathers fought and died to make her.
Obama will tax us to death, take away our freedoms and ty to turn us all into sheep. I will never vote for anyone endorsed by Michael Moore and Move On Dot Org. Steve do a little more research and truely consider what is at stakes. I have seen you write here that Obama scares you...well you should be scared of him.

Trust me Ed; I plan on researching this a lot before i make a decision! I'm still on the fence, but will always defend my democratic position Is Obama the right guy? Who knows, and you can say the same thing about McCain. Like i said before they both scare the crap out of me! I read what everyone post and i look at everything close! You guys all have very good points that everyone has to take into consideration. I have enjoyed this thread, and think it has created a lot of eye poppers and hopefully we will have more to come.
