Here's the real story on the murder hornet.

While it is true that those bastards were found in North America - one colony was found and destroyed on Vancouver Island in September 2019. One hornet from that colony was found (dead) on the US side of the border in Washington State.

There have been ZERO sightings of the hornet dead or alive in 2020. If they were, they would be within 50 miles of Vancouver Island. They did ask local authorities in Washington state to keep watch in case there were any queens that escaped the colony that was destroyed in September.

A local report was done featuring a state entomologist. That report was picked up months later by national media and it has exploded.

Additionally, these hornets are huge (good for fear porn) and have large colonies (great for fear porn), they will be much easier to detect and eradicate than most invasive insects.

Despite the media branding them as “murder hornets” (fear porn) they are no more aggressive than other yellowjackets and European hornets, which are already widespread in the US. While I have my reasons to be a bit cautious around vespids, unless their nest is disturbed or you are allergic they pose little danger.

Any reports of people seeing them should be taken with high skepticism.

I suspect Schiff, Comey, and Nancy have seen them.
